Returns, Care Tips, and Important Notes

We accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly printed items within 14 days of receiving your order. No returns are allowed for noticeable wear, makeup stains, or BYO/supplied garments. Please review and comply with our user returns agreement.

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, errors in proofs and mockup visuals, non 'print-ready' artwork, shipping delays, supplier stock issues, or incorrect garment size choices. Keep in mind that sizing and print measurements have a +-2cm tolerance.

Once an order is paid and placed, it cannot be edited or canceled and is subject to stock availability. If you need to cancel, a $30 fee per order applies to cover return costs to the original supplier.

It's essential to double-check artwork, quantity, and shipping details before making payment. We don't accept returns for courier errors if dispatched correctly by the due date.

If your purchase isn't quite right, no worries! Email us at support@tshirtworkshop.com with:

• Date of purchase
• Order number
• Details of the item you want to return
• Reason for return
• Photo showing the issue

Taking Care of Your Prints:

For prints that last, follow these simple washing guidelines:

1. Cold water
2. Gentle cycle
3. Wash inside-out
4. Do not tumble dry
5. Dry in shade

These, along with the instructions on the garment's label, keep your prints vibrant and longlasting. If issues persist, email us following the return instructions. We are unable to provide direct returns if wash care has not been followed. Always get in touch though so we can help with your options.

Important Notes for Online Orders:

When you order online or upload your artwork, keep in mind:

• We're not responsible for customer spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors.
• Mistakes approved after a proof (if applicable) are beyond our control.
• Low-quality artwork uploads may result in a poor print.
• There could be a 5% difference in design printing colors and size.
• Garment colors may vary by 5%.
• Check our size guide for accurate measurements before selecting a size.
• Some shrinkage may occur during washing.
• Courier delivery timeframes are not within our control.

All orders, whether placed online, over the phone, or in-person, follow the same return procedure and Proof Approval Disclaimer. Verbal agreement, payment, or email approval constitutes authority to proceed. Please check thoroughly before approving.

While we take utmost care in printing your artwork, we're not liable for client errors. Due to the production process, colors, position, size, and scale are indicative only.
