At Tshirt Workshop, we stand firmly behind the quality of our products and services. If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, simply get in touch with our Customer Care team within 14 days from the date of your purchase. Subject to the following criteria and adherence to our return policy, we will issue a full refund for the product's price, excluding postage and processing costs.

Tshirt Workshop products are exclusively made-to-order, using the best quality materials and state-of-the-art digital printing equipment.

We take immense pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction; however, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Therefore, please note that we cannot be held responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Inferior quality, blurry, or low-resolution uploaded images.
• A 10% difference in design printing colors and size.
• A 10% difference in the actual garment colors.
• Design errors introduced by the customer during the design creation process.
• Errors on proofs that have been approved in writing or through payment confirmation.
• The uploaded image on the system not aligning with your intended print, or if you wish to modify your artwork after placing an order.
• Errors in user-selected options, such as product type or size.
• Garment shrinkage during washing.
• Courier delivery timeframes when Tshirt Workshop has dispatched to the correct address before the due date.

*Garment colors are accurately represented by the product color boxes below the image. Dark and black garments may appear 15% brighter on the T-shirt design online application for easier positioning; refer to the product color boxes below the image for design accuracy.

*In our efforts to provide cost-effective solutions, Tshirt Workshop does not proof documents in detail created by customers before processing.

Proof approval is crucial, and written approval is mandatory before we proceed with printing. Payment for a job also serves as approval, so clients must verify that the artwork, quantity, and shipping address are correct before making a payment.

*If you wish to make changes to your design, do not upload it. Instead, contact support@tshirtworkshop.com or call (02) 4244 0704, and we will provide you with a graphic to upload, subject to our artwork fees.
